This Privacy Policy explains how PlayerMagnet collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, create an account, use the dashboard, upload media, generate videos, purchase a plan, or contact us.

PlayerMagnet is built for Minecraft server marketing teams. Because the service works with gameplay footage, server details, prompts, scripts, voiceover settings, and generated videos, some Customer Content may include personal information, likeness, voice, usernames, chat, or other details about people appearing in the content.

Account information: email address, display name, authentication identifiers, profile information, workspace ownership, and sign-in/session information.

Workspace and campaign information: workspace names, server descriptions, server IPs, CTA text, CTA images, campaign goals, language, video style, selected clips, selected voiceover, generation settings, and similar dashboard inputs.

Media and Customer Content: uploaded gameplay clips, thumbnails, CTA images, file names, file sizes, MIME types, tags, notes, trim settings, generated scripts, rendered videos, output paths, music metadata, error messages, and related metadata.

Billing information: plan, subscription status, credit balance, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, checkout events, invoice/payment status, billing portal activity, and related payment records. Payment card details are processed by Stripe, not stored directly in PlayerMagnet's application database.

Usage, device, and analytics information: page paths, dashboard events, upload and generation stages, file-size buckets, duration buckets, error types, browser-level metadata, approximate technical identifiers, and similar product telemetry when analytics is configured and you have accepted analytics storage.

Communications: information you send to us by email or through support, including contact details, message contents, attachments, and any information needed to respond.

We use information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, provide workspaces, process uploads, generate and render videos, deliver downloads, manage subscriptions and credits, provide support, prevent abuse, secure the service, debug errors, improve product workflows, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand usage trends, diagnose reliability issues, measure feature performance, and improve PlayerMagnet without identifying individual users.

To generate videos, PlayerMagnet may process Customer Content and campaign instructions through AI and media providers. This may include sending server descriptions, script prompts, selected clip metadata, language preferences, CTA text, and similar context to OpenAI for planning and script generation.

When voiceover is generated, PlayerMagnet may send script text, language settings, and selected provider voice identifiers to ElevenLabs or another configured voice provider. We do not intentionally send payment card details or account passwords to AI providers.

Uploaded clips, CTA images, thumbnails, and generated output may be stored in S3-compatible object storage and processed by rendering workers so PlayerMagnet can assemble videos, captions, overlays, music, transitions, and downloads.

Service providers: we share information with providers that help us operate PlayerMagnet, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for billing and payments, PostHog for analytics, S3-compatible object storage providers for media storage, OpenAI for AI planning/script generation, ElevenLabs for voice generation and voice data, and hosting, infrastructure, monitoring, and email providers.

Workspace access: content and metadata inside a workspace is tied to the signed-in account that owns that workspace, while service providers may process it as needed to operate PlayerMagnet.

Legal, safety, and business reasons: we may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, prevent fraud or abuse, protect rights and safety, respond to legal process, collect unpaid fees, or support a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

PlayerMagnet uses cookies and local storage for authentication, security, saved preferences, and analytics choices. With your permission, we use PostHog analytics storage to understand product usage and improve the dashboard.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain accounts and workspaces, process billing, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, preserve security logs, comply with law, and maintain backups.

Workspace content, uploaded media, generated videos, and metadata may remain until deleted in the dashboard or until the account or workspace is closed, subject to backup, legal, billing, and operational retention needs.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect PlayerMagnet and the information we process. These include account authentication, workspace access controls, server-side authorization checks, signed upload/download URLs, webhook signature verification, and provider-level infrastructure safeguards.

No online service is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and avoiding uploads that include sensitive information you do not want processed by the service.

You may update account and workspace information in the dashboard, manage billing through the billing portal, cancel subscriptions, choose whether to allow analytics storage, and contact us to request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of personal information.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under privacy laws, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, object, restrict processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision. We will honor applicable non-waivable rights.

PlayerMagnet and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, provider data processing terms, or other legally recognized mechanisms.

PlayerMagnet is not intended for children who cannot legally agree to these terms or use the service with appropriate parental or guardian permission. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review the issue.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If changes materially affect your privacy rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice where practical.
