By accessing or using PlayerMagnet, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use PlayerMagnet on behalf of a company, Minecraft server, agency, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

PlayerMagnet helps Minecraft server owners and marketing teams turn gameplay footage, server information, lore, campaign rules, and creative inputs into short-form promotional video assets.

The service may include script generation, clip planning, AI voiceover, captions, music, transition effects, overlays, render jobs, project workspaces, and related dashboard features.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account, billing, and contact information, and to update it when it changes. We may suspend access if account information is inaccurate, payment fails, or usage creates security, legal, or platform risk.

You keep ownership of gameplay footage, server branding, server lore, clips, metadata, campaign instructions, and other content you upload or provide to PlayerMagnet.

You grant PlayerMagnet the rights needed to host, process, transform, render, display, and deliver that content solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed for any content you submit.

Subject to your compliance with these terms and any payment obligations, you may use videos and other outputs generated through PlayerMagnet for your server marketing, social channels, ads, and related campaigns.

AI-generated output can contain errors, similarities to other content, or results that need human review. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing it and for making sure it complies with platform rules, laws, and third-party rights.

You may not use PlayerMagnet to create, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or designed to harass, impersonate, or defraud others.

You may not interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, reverse engineer the platform, scrape non-public systems, upload malware, or use PlayerMagnet to violate the rules of TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Minecraft, Microsoft, Mojang, or any other platform.

PlayerMagnet may rely on third-party providers for AI models, voice generation, rendering, storage, payments, analytics, and infrastructure. Those providers may process your content and usage data as needed to provide their services to PlayerMagnet.

Third-party services may change, become unavailable, or impose their own restrictions. PlayerMagnet is not responsible for third-party platform decisions, social media performance, account moderation, or takedowns.

Paid plans are billed according to the plan, billing cycle, and price shown at checkout or in your order terms. Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees are recurring and non-refundable once a billing period begins.

We may change plan features, prices, or usage limits with reasonable notice. If you continue using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms for future billing periods.

PlayerMagnet and its software, workflows, interface, branding, templates, systems, and underlying technology are owned by PlayerMagnet or its licensors.

These terms do not transfer ownership of PlayerMagnet technology to you. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or offer the service as a competing platform without written permission.

We aim to keep PlayerMagnet reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, outages, provider limits, or issues outside our control.

We may add, remove, or modify features over time. We may also suspend or terminate access if we believe usage creates risk, violates these terms, or could harm the service or other users.

PlayerMagnet is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that generated videos will increase views, followers, joins, revenue, rankings, or social media performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, and error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayerMagnet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, platform bans, or failed campaigns.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to PlayerMagnet for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold PlayerMagnet harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of generated output, your violation of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights or platform rules.

These terms are governed by the laws specified in your order form or written agreement with PlayerMagnet. If no governing law is specified, the laws of PlayerMagnet's principal place of business apply, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of PlayerMagnet after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
